Drip system

I think it might be time to upgrade my drip system, instead of just adding more and more sprinklers and emitters. The new sprinkler that I installed at the end of about 10 feet of 1/4" tubing, connected to the end of the main line, is just dribbling away. Keep us posted on what you do. Jeff and I are sort of brainstorming about what to do to best water everything. Our drip hoses are just not cutting it with this much garden... We may have to use a sprinkler too for a little while!

One thing that I am definitely going to do is run separate lines, on separate timers, for mini-sprinklers and the drip lines. Getting enough water out of the drip tubes takes longer than the sprinklers and sprayers need.

Eventually, I'd like to run 3/4" pipe to each of the garden areas that I'm planning, and run shorter drip systems from there.
