Andy is not, has never been, and probably never will be a fish. However, he did DARE me to post an entry in this here journal, so I am doing so. -
The Pirates of Penzance!
In case anyone reading this doesn't know yet, I'm going to be playing a pirate (yarrrr!) in The Pirates of Penzance this August. Though the pirates are all minor supporting characters, we actually have quite a lot to do. Help needed to protect anti-discrimination law
Last year, Montgomery County, Maryland passed a law banning discrimination on the basis of gender identity in housing, employment, public accommodations, and taxi and cable service. Injustice
I'd like to invite everyone to comment on how they deal with the injustices they see in the world that they are powerless to end. When I see unjust things happen to people, particularly people I know, and there's nothing I can do to stop them, I just get mad, and don't know what to do with that anger.
