I really love that first album.  It’s ‘Music for Gong Gong’ that’s most notably remembered from this period, but for me Phallus-C exceeds even that.  Pure brilliance, and pure joy.

As I have mentioned in previus postings, there is a real prospect of positive changes regarding social recognition and human rights for non gendered people.  At such a time it is worth taking time to look back at what has proven to be a landmark paper, presented at Gendys 2k at the University of Manchester in 2000.

I have not seen the film Easter Parade, but years ago I  saw on TV a clip of Judy Garland singing ‘Get Happy’.  It’s a great performance, and I thought her outfit quite stunning.  I’ve since discovered that some of Judy’s performance was taken out at the behest of the censors.  What a bore.
