I took my test on government today and I realized virtually all the leaders the world has ever seen were (are) FOOLS! (maybe except for Augustus Caesar) This brought me to my second realization, today’s intelligent capable leaders understand that in a modern government it’s impossible to implement too much decent policy because power is diluted

What we need is one of those breathalyze locks like they have on cars where you can't start your car unless you pass the breathalyzer test. But for keyboards.

if that was the case, i wouldn't be able to update my journal for the next month since i will be in a perpetual 21st bday celebration phase. I may not be able to update it at all again when I end up in the emergency room getting my stomach pumped for the 3rd time slipping into a comma, but I can only dream of such aspirations, my limited funds and poor ass friends could never permit such a scenario. :(
