WHAT! omg, i can't believe we were about to eat their shit! i knew you had to cut their heads off, but i totally didn't know you had to literally take the shit out of them. You learn something everyday.

That's why we call it deveining in restaurants. It's much easier to deal with thinking that it's massive vein rather than an intestinal tract.
