the line is from the episode where the Movementarian cult convinces everyone in springfield to join, and promise how the "Leader" will take them to the planet Blisstonia ("known for its high levels of bliss.") They're all forced to harvest lima beans and Homer finds a bean that looks like the leader, says the line and puts it up on the windowsill near a bunch of other beans and a sign saying "Leader Beans."
