Yes I did, thank you. I went with my Dad and my Grandma (who is ninety-three). The main point of the trip was to go to the wedding of one of my second cousins in County Down in Northern Ireland. (He's English but his girlfriend-now-wife is from County Down; they met as students at Trinity College Dublin.) Along the way, Dad also wanted to visit the village in County Galway where his father was born and find the house where he grew up. (We did find it, and there's a story to tell, involving a bull.) So we went on a mini road-trip from Shannon Airport north to County Galway, then up into Northern Ireland for the wedding and down to Dublin Airport to fly home.

P.S. The only thing marking the border between the Republic and Northern Ireland is a sign telling you that speed limits will be in miles per hour. (The Repulic has fully converted to the metric system.)
