Oooh, how could I have forgotten Bowie's "Heroes"? Or the entirety of the "Kiss Kiss Kiss" album by the Cure.

"Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me" does have some genuinely happy songs, but "Just Like Heaven" would perfectly fit the motif of "songs that sound like cheerful love songs but just, you know aren't. As opposed to, say, "Slutgarden" by Marilyn Manson, which really sounds like exactly what it is.
