I know a bunch of people with that exact haircut and goatee style --- they happen to all be men going bald (no idea if this is happening with you nor no assumption made), they decided to embrace lack of hair on the head, and make it a look. And it really works for them --looks either bad ass or sexy depending on the guy. Just never shave off the goatee. No really, trust me on this one.

Not going bald yet, anyway. Though yes, if I were going bald, I would likely embrace the shaved head permanently. Mostly just looking for a cool haircut for the summer.
