House hunting once more

Well things have been slow around here... brother came to visit for his birthday, which we all enjoyed seeing him again. Natalie has since been hired at North Ottawa Community Hospital, which she has been working close to full-time. I have been working the the same shit-hole factory and see no escape other than my untimely death.....or worse ( Read more... )

as a buyer, you dont really have anything to lose by going wtih a realty co. The seller has to pay them-so that might mean the price of the house might be a little higher if you go with a realty co, to cover the realtor commission which is like 5-6%, but other than that...might be a good idea? :)

Also helps a lot with the paperwork.

Which is why she's great for a showing realtor, and not as much for a listing realtor :)

honestly she has not really contacted us much at all...she sends a few listings here and there to natalie, but nothing close to what we are looking for. shrug
