Friends locking entries is a good way of protecting ourselves..especially where real people are concerned. We don't want them to find out about RPF and sue us for slander/invading their privacy and stuff like that. :/

Well that makes sense. Maybe this community should go MO then. But since I can't change the security on all the posts, would the members that actully posted the entries have to come back in and edit them? Is there a way I can lock all of them simultaneously?

And while this communtiy isn't really for that, sharing/downloading music and videos is a big reason for being mo.

Oh I always thought this was a MO community given the subject matter. I used to be a mod on another community so I know you as a mod/maintainer can go in and set it to where from here on out every new entry that anyone posts will automatically be a locked post so you don't have to worry about someone forgetting to lock it themselves. I never did find a way to go back and locking old posts though.

I always thought this was a members only community. I just assumed so because the community is based on real life people.
