Cement is very unforgiving when you bounce your face off it. Today is definitely a Monday. Caught my foot in a hole in the floor of the parking garage, landed on my bad leg where the knee promptly gave way and caused me to land face first into the cement floor. Of course there were witnesses, why do you ask

Ouch!!! Burts bees makes an excellent bruise and sprain ointment which does lovely things - definitely take a bath for the muscles tonight. Take care of yourself and I hope you feel better soon!
