Escape from Suburbia
Monday, March 8
6:30 to 8:30pm

Meet ordinary people making extraordinary choices as they tackle the key issues facing us today -- the rising cost and supply of energy, the roller-coaster economy, and the faded memories of the American Dream.

Reinvent - Rethink - Relocalize

This film is a wake-up call that challenges the illusion of never-ending growth and examines alternatives for a more sustainable society in the 21st century and beyond. Director Gregory Greene (End of Suburbia, 2004)) introduces three engaging characters who move us from the realm of theory to the real world where an emerging movement of citizen's groups is confronting our addiction to oil with vision and courage.
