We actually started playing charts today in jazz band...after 3 weeks of nothing but Bb blues progressions, we have finally moved on. w00t! He gave us this tune called "Touchin' All the Basses." It's a pretty sick funk tune in which yours truly has a kickass solo through the entire song. Wooooo!! I've already planned some surprises for the ending (
