nice work on the running davo. But really with your running technique hanvt you always been able to run that distance easily? just run a little then get someone to make it the rest of the way and pick you up in there car lol

by the by i wonder if youve decided who that someone special is your taking out to dinner *plays with hair*. in any case im certain they'd say yes.........just make sure to thank them for doing so straight after, and that your wearing those leather gloves.

I shuddered when i first saw you run down the wicket to bowl in school cricket i thought there was an emu on the ground. watch u play basketball confirmed my theory that you had the second worst running technique that i have every seen. the worst goes to a mate from cricket, the amount of effort he puts into the run is 100 times greater than the speed that he runs at.

On the other hand i have a swimming technique that rivals Eric the Eel from the sydney olympics................well i am the world champion of free-back and am pushing for its inclusion into the olympics (world= my family)(champion=manage to swim 15m).

Sencerely I hope that technique has improved

oh 'Free-back' is the hybrid swimming stroke of free style and backstroke which my brother and i started. this was inspired back in 98 by my sister's appauling technique. We started off taking the piss out of her and have made it an annual challange.
