Ouch. I seem to have jacked my knee last night while dancing at Bondage a-Go-Go.

Odd thing is I didn't notice till I woke up.

Walking is tough, even moving around in my bed is rough.

I should be at work. Ugh.

Ok going to try to get dressed. At least with a kilt I don't have to bend my knee much while dressing.

I borked my knee 2 weeks ago dancing at an industrial party at the cracktory.. so much fun dancing, but I'm way out of dancing-shape after being in Asia!
