So the Comcast guy came by today, turns out the building maintenance person was sick today, so they weren't able to do anything, rescheduled for Wednesday. At the same time I also tried to get a new metro area wifi service that just became available in my area and was thinking of dumping Comcast entirely, so they came out today as well. Couldn't

Dude, that sucks. Comcast certainly can be frustrating. If Quest also provided cable service instead of satellite, I'm sure we'd have Quest. Maybe that will be the case if we move into a house next year.
