I think the most challenging aspect of changing one's diet (note: not going _on_ a diet) and working out is-for me-learning what are the foods that are great, what foods are okay, and what foods are the no-no. This past Friday the 17th was the first weigh-in where I didn't loose or break even, I actually gained a pound or two. Yecch. I didn't like
