I think the most challenging aspect of changing one's diet (note: not going _on_ a diet) and working out is-for me-learning what are the foods that are great, what foods are okay, and what foods are the no-no. Things You Do for Friends
Helping a friend with a corporate event this Saturday up in Chattanooga. She is an entertainment organizer so for this event she's had to go larger than usual with areas she's not normally needed to do that. In this case she has scheduled about fourteen caricature artists (fourteen??) and sixteen clowns, multiple stilt walkers, etc, etc.

Part of the New Year's Resolution--Photo a Day
