i think what it is is you messed up (i've done my share) and you realize it was bad but you havent forgiven yourself ; seriously cuz that's why all these depressing thoughts are surrounding you also Satan is using that to his advantage to torment you and if you don't break free it's gonna get worse and it's gonna tear you apart
(just thought i'd give ya an encouraging word to forgive yourself and focus on more joyous thoughts; ask God for joy and that it would run over abudnuntly)

Same here, just keep up a good attitude and don't worry...because in the end worrying is not trusting in God an dthat's sin...which works out rather nicely if you think about it. Trust in God always and DON'T worry, God has an awesome plan for your life.
