My hands feel great and more rolls are sounding a lot better since I've gotten here. It's funny what you can accomplish in 4 weeks!
I got my Messiaen paper back and got an A. I'm very happy, but I"m not sure I deserved it. Well, teacher knows best :)

I have samba rehearsal at 3 today, but I need a nap.

Second lesson with Dane today in 2 hours - I'm going to eat lunch and practice up to that. Stupid Cirone #5 will be the end of me.
Sambistas gigs tomorrow and Saturday - I'm really enjoying the group; high energy, non-western music is actually pretty awesome, once you get out of your bubble.
