Paulie your one of the bravest souls I know. How many people do you know that even if they have the means and/or ability really can say they followed their dream? Whatever happens you will be able to say you tried. Personally, I think you'll do well. You have talent. Yes, the business is treacherous to say the least - but you have amazing drive and you are 100000% committed to your music. So you dont know too many people yet (except Betty of course!) but hell, you JUST got there. You'll probably make a ton of friends once school starts, meet a beautiful girl who doesnt care if you spend more money on your music then her...

Anyway - keep looking forward and relish every experience you have out there. It'll go by sooner than you know it. And you know I'm always a phone call/text message away if you suddenly find yourself bored to tears until classes start. After that, I have a feeling things will pick up for you and you wont even have time to think.

That's OK. You certainly dont have to apologize to me for not being around!!

Do I like the CD? Hmm...let's see....I'd say that's just a bit of an understatement. Of course Switchback is still the one that does it for me - but I do like all of it. I read somewhere that he took a few YEARS to finish Switchback. Until it met his standards. Thank god for perfectionism because it's a brilliant song. Aside from the fact that i HATE not knowing the words at the end when he does that 'thing' he does. That bothers me. It's the little things.
