my stepmother used to make some veggie tamales with white corn, green chili, and cheese. they were even good back when i was a carnivore. send me the recipe maybe? i'd like to make some vegan ones since i cant really eat cheese either.

vegan ones:

-red chile with boca crumbles or cut up morining star beefy strips.
-potatoes with mushrooms, onions, & green chiles.
-black beans and white corn with sauteed jalapeno, tomato, onion.
-refried beans with green chiles.
-refried beans with soyrizo.
-veggie mix with red chile or green chile:
(potatoes, carrots, green peppers, squashes, mushrooms, onions, etc.)
-boca crumbles and potatoes with red chile.
