Yeah, okay she’d died. But only for like a minute, so it didn’t really count or anything.

lmao. Oh, I love it! It's so fabulously Dawn! All of her thoughts are so wonderfully pre-teen and sarcastic.

The moments with Xander that she naively thought could be real were tender; I loved them the most. Along with the final line. This is a short masterpiece.

Thank you very much. I have a difficult time writing Dawn because she is so young. I'm not exactly creaking with age, but I'm far enough removed from my early teens that falling into that mindset isn't as easy as it once was. So your compliment absolutely made my day. :)

I enjoyed this. It started out so light that I didn't expect the change in tone (although I should have knowing which episode this was). Her thoughts about Xander seemed right to me. And then her wish comes true and perhaps it's not as wonderful as she thought with all that was going on. I liked how you added Dawn to this episode. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you. I really enjoyed this experience. I don't know that I'll do it again, but it was definitely an interesting exercise. Glad you enjoyed it!

Love the Dawn-Angel dynamic. And I can see how having Dawn around might have resulted in the Slayer secret getting out sooner!

You're welcome. And please forgive my fingers running away with me. Yes, they were talking about going to get Angel, but I meant the Dawn-Xander dynamic. ::headdesk::
