As for the background, you're out of luck as the person who drew it recently closed her site and removed most of her gallery content. The site's here -> http://ab eya.xr ea.bz/ (remove spaces)
If you still want it at better quality you should probably go ask the people at /cm/ or /wg/ of 4chan.
