Yet one more resolution.

So, working on my issues with my work - colleagues is going to be a priority of mine this year. Else, I will have to look for another job.

So - I am gong to focus my efforts on understanding other people, really listening and understanding them. Rather than attempting to get other people to understand me!

I feel you. One of my resolutions is to be happier at work and not let everything and everyone piss me off...I've broken it a few times, but I'm back on the wagon..

I'm right there with you...there's one person in particular at the office who just rubs me the wrong way. I don't know why, but I'm making an effort to get along. It's hard, but not impossible, I've found.
