im only 15 and have already committed a third degree felony, ive not gotten any sleep for the past day and a half bc ive spent it being interrogated for hours and have scars on my wrist for the cuffs, its pretty hard getting comfortable in a car with one whos 6ft 5 and one whos 255lbs. thought about how i can make dramatic changes with my life

Don't be that sad. At least he's considering changing &thinking of the consequences. If you don't remember, I've spent about two years locked up. &I had two felonies [the first when I was what... 13?], three misdemeanors. I didn't get sent off to TYC at all. Threatened, yes. But it takes them quite awhile to ship you off. &it requires two felonies, or six misdemeanors, I'm pretty sure.

&hell, if I even get a TICKET before I'm 21, my WHOLE record comes back. So tell him to stick with the probation. But I'm sure he'll be fine.

thats exactly what i needed to hear. we only had one similar situation to compare it to and the person got jail time. coreys only 15 though, if the judge has a heart he will let him off with just probation, a fine, and community service. i just dont want this to haunt him. you know? what were your felonies? they are trying to get him on burglary, but he didnt take anything. i dont know. its a scary situation.

yeah, but i wonder if six years in prison will help teach him that? i think hes learned enough you know? i just hope that he doesnt get jail time...

that rather blows. maybe hell try to make a change. and maybe hell fall on his face a few times more before he does. your brother needs some love. your a good person to give it to him
