Do you know what today is??? PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: DEAD MAN'S CHEST!!!!!

But do you know what else today is? The day we leave for camping. But...there is a theater in the town by where the campground is, and I WILL be seing this movie before the weekend is over. :)

When my family informed me of which weekend would work for everyone to go camping I was like...but, but Pirates comes out that weekend!! Luckily we are just going over to Washington Park by Anacortes so I checked to make sure Pirates was playing in their little theater. Heck, I would drive back to Burlington if I had to!

my sis & her family left yesterday to Disney World to catch the re-opening of the PoTC ride, complete now with Jack Sparrow & Captain Barbosa.

Believe me if there was any way I could have, I would have! One theater here was showing the first PoTC at 9:00 and then the second at 12:00. I tried and tried to talk Mike into going, but since he had been up working since 3:00 a.m. he wouldn't go.

I saw a couple pictures online of Captain Jack in the PoTC ride. It looks like the did a pretty good job of adding the new, while still maintaining the feel of the old ride (which happens to be my absolute favorite, in fact it is always the very first thing we do when we get to WDW).
