"One Tree Hill" star Antwon Tanner was arrested today in connection with a Social Security card scheme, authorities said.

Tanner, who turned 34 on Tuesday, surrendered to federal prosecutors this morning and will be arraigned this afternoon in Brooklyn Federal Court.
