I wanted to finish this by 9th January, since it's Snape's birthday. Oh well. Better late than never, eh?
The moment I realised what January's challenge was, I squee-ed. In a dignified manner, of course. *gag*
Ok, I REALLY planned everything to be desaturated and in a light colour, to as closely imitate Mucha's 'Rodo' as possible, but it seems that I've taken my liberties somewhat further than expected and came back to my own 'a bit too dark' style. Hey, at least the pose is the same.
Clicking on the fanart will bring you to the enlarged version on DA, I also put descriptions there. The bg flowers are monkshood, I wanted to use aloe vera but decided not to do anything too green this time.
