My dad's best friend, Al, died today. Not sure (they say it was a heart attack) but he's been deteriorating for the last year since his wife Cheryl died of cancer. He leaves behind 3 girls (youngest 10, the other 2 are grown). He's the one who taught my dad everything about mountain climbing and ice climbing. I called him my dad's crazy friend... Its 1am. I'm not even a little bit tired. Worked tonite from 6-10 and aside from that just did the usual running around this morning from the bank to the hospital to the bank again and to the pharmacy in the hospital. Back from the docs. Had a long discussion about the things that were concerning me...like the cysts on my ovaries, the periods every 2 wks, the pain that accompanies the cysts when I ovulate and breaking out all over like a 15 y.o. going through puberty.
