I think my psychiatrist just did the equivalent of breaking up with me over Facebook. I assume that's what it means when your psychiatric meds get refused a refill on the grounds you're "no longer a patient" and his office doesn't return your messages

Wow, that is incredibly unprofessional, and potentially dangerous. It shouldn't matter that you don't go in very often. I'm so sorry, lady. This is bullshit. Were I closer, I would probably find my way to kicking him in the shin a couple of times, until he gave up the goods (ie, a prescription).
