It'd be just as good with chicken.. Frank chose shrimp, though. With chicken, might be good with tarragon in place of the thyme, but the thyme would probably serve just as well.
HAR! I'm a supremely lazy cook, Beth. Hate doing it, as well. However, we like fresh food, and we like healthy food, so in this case, creativity is the offspring of laziness. ;-)
*snort* =D Fortunately, I'm being spared the torture of looking at it all weekend without being able to use it. Unfortunately, it won't be here til monday, either. =(
BWAHAHAH!!! Okay, that's funny. I guess that particular combination of flavors is just too good to not be used by master chefs. Thanks for the tip, Steve.. next time, I'll definitely use bigger shrimps. Marinade suggestions would be helpful. =D

It totally rocks!!
I have a tip for you though, marinate and grill bigger shrimp to use as a topping.
I use story bought herb vinaigrette at home.
It`s even better.
