who the heck is the babe??tagscatsAugust 30 2007, 19:01:22 UTC
Not you, Dawn, I was talking about the car....
So, just out galavanting around in your new car, and you forget about the rest of us. It's about freaking time you updated this thing. I had already gone through withdrawal, now you post again, and I won't see you forever, and I'll go through friend-withdrawal all over again. Yep, really nice.

HAHAH!!! That was a kid-sized toy MINI up on a display platform. Mostly what that shot shows is the ceiling. =P
I'll update more often, I promise. I'm fully geared and awfully mobile, now. Laptops are wonderful things, and I seriously adore my Macbook Pro. Lots of traveling to do, and hopefully I can get good pictures, too.

Where the hell have you been, Woman?? I am happy for you about the car, but you want to guess what my favorite part is??? The luggage rack is for ART supplies!!! Does this mean you are actually creating some? Or will be?? Miss you. ~d

*snort* =D
Heya, Donna! I've been busy, and yes, WILL be creating some art. It's hard to squeeze in time around grandkids and kids and parents and siblings and new nephews (Sidney Liam, born today) and in-laws and granola and yogurt and dog food and music and gardening, but somehow, soon, I will get something done. Been collecting references of me and my buddy Kevin playing our guitars, so that'll be the subject.... but that's all I know right now. The roof box is for art supplies, and a change of clothing. The front seat holds my guitar and my laptop. The entire back of the car belongs to the dog. =D
Hey you! I almost didn't reply 'cause my mad envy of your Mini makes it awfully hard for me to be nice to you! But you're so sweet, I got over it. ;)
Your granddaughter is TOO ADORABLE! That video is a hoot. My oldest would get in his doorway jumper and be content for ages. He'd hop himself to sleep. Gads, I loved that thing.
Picturing you and Bragi tooling all over everywhere makes me smile. I'm glad you updated...don't be such a stranger! (Like I should talk!)
Ain't she just the cat's pajamas? =D She tickles the ever-lovin' snot outta me. I'm leaving Tuesday to head over and spend a few days with her and my kids. Bragi knows something's up, because we're running around getting everything ready for a week's absence. He stops and nudges his backpack every few minutes. I dunno how to tell him we aren't leaving for another couple of days. =P
You'd so love the MINI. It's an experience... sorta like putting on a spiritual glove. You get behind the wheel, and become one with the universe.
Okay, maybe that's an exaggeration.. but it is an extremely well-designed, ergonomic, efficient and fun little car.
Um, don't you be such a stranger, sugarlips. I think of you every day, looking at the beautiful bowls I'm proud to have. =)
We've all been strangers... hum, I have no room to talk... though I was away all of August... but plan to remedy that! Congrats on the cool wheels, hope you're still enjoying the open road! How's the music going? Are you painting anything?

I did pick brushes back up recently. I have drawn some things over the last few days. I am getting back into the creative groove.
