I can't even follow what happened. It does sound like letting go is best, because if she's that clueless/entitled the odds of you breaking through are small.

she is just as confusing and circular in person. lol

seemingly smart and savvy on some topics, but then all of a sudden we're sitting there looking at each other like, "didn't we just discuss this same thing two seconds ago?"
