i hadn't NEEEDED to see Frozen in the theatre. i hadn't gone to see Tangled in the theatre (though i had seen Brave). but i was listening to NPR last week (Monday? Tuesday?) and they did a story on how Frozen was simultaneously released in over 100 languages. they compared it Lion King which was translated into 15. how times have changed

Well, to be fair, there have been deaths in Disney movies. Mufasa and Bambi's mother sort of stand out in that regard.

It is an amazing movie. I love the parody of "Let it Go" about how hard it is as an alto to sing that song.

to be honest, i haven't wanted to watch or watched any of the parodies. i like the original so much, i don't want to mess it up in my mind and hear only the parodies.

i love a good parody, but for me it's just too soon for this one. :)
