Oh god. I am a sucker for sweet things now, I never was before. According to my meal plan (for my Outpatient treatment) I AM MEANT TO BE EATING A HANDFUL OF LOLLIES A DAY see where does this bullshit come from.
At least sultanas & brekky bars aren't as bad as bingeing on pies & chocolate etc... They have good (or better) sugars & fats than junk food. Bingeing on rice cakes is nothing really!!
I WANT TO BE LOSING 2KG A WEEK AGAIN! Seriously. It took me like 3 weeks of not eating anything to get back down to being actually anorexic weight. ONE WEEK OF EATING "NORMALLY"& IM BACK TO 42... Ahhhh.
omg yea ive been craving sweet things as well... andive actually been buying chupachups!! i dont no wtf is wrong with me!!!! yea i hate all junk food except lollies... so i dont binge on junk its just all i stuff i do adds up
