It was handmade (by me) using liquid nitrogen.

Totally awesome.

Now, where  can I get some liquid nitrogen ...

you can get dry ice from science and teaching supply stores -not sure if you need a licence or anything though.

welcome.

failing that, look online for dry ice.

sure that a party supply or SFX shop would sell it for fog machines and such.

Simple, milk cream, sugar, essence (I chose choc) and liquid nitrogen. Stir till it's reach desired consistency!

Mmm... But you have to make sure you get all the bubbles out if you don't want Bends flavoured icecream.

Do I need to point out the paradox here? Was it Shroedinger's flavour?

There was no paradox - just sheer awesomeness. It's definitely the most memorable dessert I've ever had (sorry man!).

I used to play with liquid nitrogen at Questacon....all you have to do is get a job there doing shows and it should all fall into place.
Or do a science degree in teh right area - reproductive science is good for liquid nitrogen..........
