ive done it and its really not that bad of a job. the benefits are really good but just make sure u work at one in a good location 'cause then you'll make better tips and deal with less shittier people (i.e. boca raton) not saying delray is any better but its better than boca. so yes, shoot for the one on atlantic ave.

starbucks = 7.00 and hour + 1 lb free coffee each week and all the free coffee you can drink while on the job (sister worked there). benefits are...measly but still there. you get stock in the company, if you're into that sort of thing. and yes you do meet a lot of people but i dunno if they're the kind of people you'd want to meet =P

i would come visit you though. if you promised to give me iced chai and hugs.

i dont know about the sharp objects comment.... yea people bother me but not in the way they bother some... i know alot of people that take everything personal that a stranger says or does..

hmm... for some reason i dont think of starbucks as a food service type jobby job.... i have the picture in my head of playing my mix cd's while serving yuppies and scenesters over priced coffee and trend or the week odd teas....

yes, barcelona rules. if u like them listen to revlon 9. much better than anything but hard to find. anyways, i worked at the one on glades rd (by the turnpike) for like 5 months. i had an awesome manager who quit just recenetly and i worked w/ one of my best friends so it worked out well. u get health and dental insurance so there is no grief to be had and the job is so fuckin easy after u get your stupid little rush of people at lunch and after work its a fuckin cinch.

i work at starbucks and it's not that great. it kinda depends on the manager how good it ends up being. but they offer beneifits and all that jazz.

i work at the one in wellington. i'm getting nancy a job there with me, i think.

it's really easy. the only thing that sucks is the customers are sometimes dickheads..but you get that where ever you go.

but you get good tips most of the times, depending on the area. like i get about 80 bucks in tips every week..which isnt that much but it's some extra money.
so yeah.
