I believe this will be the ticket--to keep it real between these complicated characters to keep them growing which is what has been interesting about them so far and NOT be all 7th grade little girls, hearts above our i's, flowers in the margins. I like it when they are adult and play like children, adult and struggling, imperfect, and adult and hoping against hope that love will somehow provide sufficent flotation to keep them buoyed above the world...it's a dicey journey indeed, but the only road available. Good little bit of a story. Happily ever after every now and then, that's it.
