Shoot Em Up was one of the most violent, campy, blatantly "no way in hell is this supposed to be serious" kind of over the top movies I've seen in a long time.

...So why the hell did I enjoy it so much? O.o

Basically. I was really hoping that Crank would end up in the "so bad it's good" category like this did, but was still in that range where it was too serious to be awesomely bad.

Like Mr. Lean said in his journal, it's basically Max Payne: The Movie. But if you can, try to hit a matinee that's not too long before the night showings. I wouldn't recommend paying the full price, but at the same time it would suck to catch this in a nigh-empty theater.
