The Secret Code
Under Kyuu's Secret Code -- all secrets disclosed to me (Kyuu) is 99.2% safe. I cannot guarantee 100% as I am human after all.
To initiate the Secret Code, be sure to notify me of a secret before, during, or after the disclosure of information. Once notification is made, the Secret Code will be activiated. Chances are: the information will not be remembered; OR I simply will not tell it. By maintaining consistency with this code, my inclination to tell is repressed.
This is based on a trust system. It is valued greatly.
However, if I feel that such information is life-threatening or dangerous, then I will be forced to tell to the proper people or authorities.
ADDENDUM: Sometimes, there are things even I should not say. Which means, I would have to self-impose Rule #8 upon myself.
