You can turn off the ability to see any yelling. There’s an option in the interface menu somewhere.
However, I found a particularly effective way to deal with yelling and begging. I’d type /who [playername] to get the little yellow response telling me their name, level, etc, and GUILD. Then I’d do a /who for the person’s guild, and whisper politely to the highest level person I saw. Generally something like, “Pardon the interruption, but [playername] is yelling/begging in SW, and I thought you’d want to know, since it could make your guild look bad.” Almost 100% of the time the high-level person writes back, thanks me for bringing it to their attention, and says they’ll take care of it.
