Yes, my bday is coming up, and the hubs is getting frustrated with my lack of decisiveness (even to the point of being able to come up with any suggestion at all) regarding my wish list.  Last night I was sleepy and sitting on the couch with my eyes closed, spouting off a wishlist... meanwhile, the hubs and I both dozed off.

Will my work role ever change?

I've been support staff here for 3 years.  Will they ever see past that, or will they see the helping nature in my soul and continue to take advantage, never treating me like a program coordinator.  Like my own person, working for myself.

I should have updated with this information a while ago, but I got the job!  YAY!

Today, I'm sick, and Eleanor is still sick, and Kevin is working so we're a lovely bunch.  Luckily my mom and dad are next door and have been really helpful.

Kevin and I just got home from taking Eleanor to the emergency room at 7:30 tonight.

She was examined by 1 triage person, 2 nurses, 1 Medical student, 1 resident, and 1 attending. 
She had seperate trips to X-Ray with two different radiologists and 7 different "pictures" taken. 
She went in with a 103.6 fever, got a megadose of tylonol and left ( Read more... )
