I got up in time for my Italian lesson. We did some listening exercises that were really hard. She also asked where I liked the culture on my cruise, and I said "Puerto Rico because the people are really nice".

Mimi is still being clingy. I had a nice nap with Zara. She comes trotting up when I lie down on the bed.

I like the lamp and the alarm clock.

One of the drawbacks of an old house is the lack of outlets. Good idea to get an outlet put outside for lights. Battery-operated lights will be a pain in the butt, having to change them. You could get one in the front and in the back, so you can have year-round outdoor lighting!

Yeah, I need to get an electrician in here to put in my Nest doorbell (which will require a doorbell chime because I don't have one) and my Nest thermostat. I'll also ask for outside outlets. Maybe when I get the check from my aunt's estate.
