I've had a pressure cooker for years. I started with a stove-top one. The digital ones, like Insta-Pot, are better, even though I don't use the pre-settings on mine. I always set the time according to what I'm cooking. Another nice thing about digital ones is that you can use them as a slow-cooker, too. They usually come with a non-stick inside. You can also get crock-pot liners for them if they're not non-stick.

I'll definitely post pictures of the aquarium as I get it set up! I'll be getting lots of plants and such in early January. Not sure when I'll be getting the fish. (The aquarium has to cycle to reach certain water settings. That can take as long as 1 to 2 months.)
