Overslept my alarm. I had three cats in the bedroom. Now Zara is in the kitchen with the youngsters. Good girl. Managed to take a shower without Oliver in the bathroom.

I looked at Little Free Library kits because that would be a way to get rid of my extra books, but sheesh. Expensive. I'll have to think about that.

Poor dear Bella! She is confused and afraid, but if she's happy on your bed that's the best place. Don't return the dog bed. You can always put it in another room. If she has a pee incident in the house tonight that's not a crisis. She'll mellow out after a few days. For now she just needs her new mum. I want to pet her and kiss her head.

She is so cute! Good luck with getting her settled in. In my experience it usually takes a week for them to get comfortable and then that second week will give you what I call a heavy sigh as they realize this is for real.
