So is Roman the ONLY cop in Salem?

It's happened almost every time, but how is it even possible he is interviewing these people for being Stefano's killer when:

Will - his grandson
Kate - Former lover
Marlena - Former wife
John - took your wife
Abe - Your former mayor ie boss

?!?!

So there wasn't anyone else to work this case?

They do it all the time but I get SO ANNOYED at it every time a Brady cop "has" to be the one handling the case, and the drama of them having to make the arrest! *snort* I would like it to turn out that it was Roman who killed Stefano. LOL

I don't even know if I care? Stefano being killed doesn't seem like the major storyline it should be just a small side story. How many times has he died now?

Not worthy of air time, I imagine. That's why Rafe was hired back on and they introduced the new female cop. I have a feeling she's going to be Abe's new love interest (never know) after Lexie passes. :/

Yea, I was eyeballing her, thinking how happy that actress must have been to have her one line on broadcast TV. Lol. Would be interesting to see what happens to Abe after Lexi

I hope they don't rush a storyline for Abe and just give him a love interest like a month or two after she dies. I hate when they rush a romance on the show. Now that my fav actress is leaving the show I only have Nicole's drama to keep my interest. Everyone is boring me :(

I was saying the same thing the other day, is there anyone on the police force who's not a Brady or Brady-in-law? Making Rafe the head of the investigation really isn't much better than Roman. Did EJ and Stefano kidnap, mind-wipe, 'clone' Rafe like last year? Wasn't he almost blown up by Stefano like 2 months ago? Not to mention that with the exception of Kate, he's the former in-law (or stepparent) of nearly every other suspect.
