Milder this morning but took ages to walk to work due to the snow. Got very cold late afternoon which made things treacherous, the snow had started to melt but has now frozen. We did have some heavy snow showers late afternoon. Should be interesting walking to work tomorrow

LOL, it's ok we just like to moan about the weather. Snow here, even a couple of inches brings the whole country to a standstill as we are just not geared up for dealing with it. I can't remember seeing a snowplow for at least 30 years. Our councils are too mean to grit the roads, they would prefer to spend our money on their expense accounts.

The thing I find most fascinating is the numbers of the elderly who insist on going out in it. "I must go to the shops and buy some washing up sponges, bleach, rubber gloves etc". All essential items I'm sure!!!!!
