And apparantly, he wants to strike a truce. Either we pull out of Iraq, or he continues to attack us. And it's a good thing too: Bush's approval ratings have pretty low lately. I'm as liberal as they come. And I say: kill them all. As long as there is -unrefutable- proof that they did it, and between the time of conviction and the time of execution there is not sufficient cause to keep them alive and in jail forever (like Tookie), then by all means, go for it.
